Account & Data DeletionEffective September 30, 20262 min read
AT A GLANCE

Leaving should be clear, too.

Removing the app, disconnecting a partner, deactivating an account, and permanently deleting data are different actions. Here is how to choose the one you need.

01Request permanent deletion

Contact hunglk.dev@gmail.com and request permanent deletion of your Usora account and associated personal information. Include the email address used for your Usora account so support can locate it. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, or payment card details.

We may need to verify account ownership. Support will explain any information that must be retained and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

02The in-app account control

In Usora, open Profile → Delete Account and read the confirmation before proceeding. The current confirmation describes deactivation and sign-out. This does not, by itself, establish that all account data has been permanently deleted. Use the contact route above to request and confirm permanent erasure.

03What happens to your information

A permanent deletion request covers personal information associated with your account, including your profile and relevant account-linked content. Support will clarify how shared couple-space content is handled, including information associated with your partner, and any records that must be kept for legal or security reasons.

Screenshots, exports, or copies another person has saved outside Usora are outside our control. Uninstalling the app only removes local app data according to your device’s behavior; it does not submit an account deletion request.

04Remove content or disconnect

You can delete individual memories using their in-app controls. Leaving a couple space or removing a partner changes your connection; it is not a request to erase your entire account or all shared data. If you only want certain information removed, describe it in your support request.

05Cancel a subscription separately

To stop App Store subscription renewals, open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Usora and select the cancellation option. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel an active subscription.
