01Using Usora

These Terms govern your use of Usora and its related website, operated by Pohatech. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms, be at least 13, and meet any higher minimum age required in your country. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission, obtain it before using Usora.

02Your account & couple space

Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Pair only with someone who agrees to connect with you. Keep invitation codes private. Information added to shared features can be visible to your partner. Review what you share, including information displayed in widgets or notifications.

03Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Usora a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate the features you use, including sharing it with your connected partner. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Usora.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload. Do not upload unlawful material, violate someone’s privacy or intellectual property, or use the service for threats, harassment, exploitation, or abuse.

04Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another account without permission, bypass security controls, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or use automated means to abuse the service. Do not impersonate others or use Usora for illegal activity.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address violations, security risks, or legal obligations. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support.

05Purchases & subscriptions

Usora offers auto-renewing subscriptions: $1.00 for 3 days, $8.90 monthly, and $49.00 yearly. Usora does not offer a free trial. The applicable product and price are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.

Payments are charged through your Apple ID and processed by Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

To manage or cancel a subscription, open Apple ID → Subscriptions in your device settings. Uninstalling Usora or deleting your Usora account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled through Apple, subject to applicable consumer rights. Use the restore-purchases option in the app where available to restore eligible entitlements.

App Store purchases are also subject to the Apple Standard EULA.

06The Usora service

Usora’s software, branding, and original service content belong to their respective owners. Subject to these Terms, you may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, or distribute protected service materials without permission, except as permitted by law or applicable third-party licenses.

07Relationship & wellbeing features

Questions, activities, mood tracking, and relationship insights are intended for personal reflection and connection. They do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, or other professional advice. Usora is not an emergency service.

08Availability & responsibility

We aim to maintain a reliable service, but features may change and interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Usora is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory protections in your place of residence.

09Ending use & deleting data

You can stop using Usora at any time. For account and data deletion options, see Account & Data Deletion and the Privacy Policy. Suspending access or deactivating an account does not by itself cancel subscriptions or confirm permanent data erasure.

10Changes & questions

We may update these Terms as the service develops. We will post the updated version here and provide additional notice of material changes when required. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
